¿QUE SON LAS FLUCTUACIONES? • La Fluctuación es la diferencia entre el stock real de que debería tener un tanque de combustible con el stock que realmente tiene dicho tanque

• Esta diferencia se produce por diferentes razones, principalmente por efectos de temperatura (esponjamiento del combustible) y de la evaporación.

• De acuerdo a normas internacionales, se considera normal una fluctuación de 0,5% de la venta

• Estos significa que por cada 100 m3 de venta de un combustible se puede

producir una fluctuación “normal” de mas o menos 500 litros

• Si la fluctuación de un producto-tanque es mayor al 0,5% de la venta, se debe

avisar inmediatamente al área comercial d Copec por teléfono y además por mail

DECRETO N° 160

Artículo 271º.- El operador deberá efectuar una verificación diaria de los volúmenes

que deben existir en cada tanque a objeto de determinar su fluctuación diaria y

fluctuación acumulada mensual.     Esta fluctuación deberá calcularse mediante las

cifras de volúmenes suministrados diariamente, recepciones de CL e inventario físico

de cada tanque. El operador deberá conservar, en la instalación, el registro de los

últimos doce meses calendario.

Artículo 283º m.- El operador deberá mantener en la instalación los registros

indicados en el decreto, entre ellos el siguiente:

…La verificación del inventario diario y de las fluctuaciones diarias y acumuladas en los

últimos 12 meses producidas en cada tanque…

• Además del Decreto N° 160, el llevar fluctuaciones es obligatorio desde el punto

de vista del Ministerio de Salud y del Contrato de Concesión de Copec

• Todos los días el concesionario debe medir y registrar el combustible de sus

tanques, dejando siempre las tapas con candado

• En ese momento se debe también medir el agua de cada tanque y registrarla.

• De acuerdo a la normativa interna de Copec es obligación para un concesionario

ingresar diariamente sus fluctuaciones a nivel producto-estanque a la pagina web

de Copec

• Para esto el concesionario debe ingresar a la página web de Copec

(www.copec.cl) con su RUT y clave, y luego ingresar a la sección fluctuaciones,

donde se despliega el siguiente menú

- Ver estadísticas
