SYD ARNE fieldThe AHTS vessel ESVAGT INNOVATOR is the supply vessel for the SYD ARNE field.The storage tank and top site of SOUTH ARNE field is installed at position 56o 04,72' N 004o 13,82' E, connected with a bridge to the platform South Arne WHP E(Well Head Panel) at position 56o 04,693' N 004o 13,85' E.The satellitplatform Syd Arne WHP N is installed at the position 56o 05,744' N 004o 13,154' E, where a safety zone of 500 meter is established acc. to Offshore safety order. SOUTH ARNE'stanker loading facility (the SAL system), where tankers are loaded at monthly intervals, is located at WGS‐84 pos. 56o 05,55' N 004o 15,37' E with a safety zone of 730 m. Mariners have to keep clear of the position.

Horns Rev 1 & 3 windfarms

HR1: The Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV) SC SAPPHIRE and SC FALCON are in the Horns Rev 1 area.Turbine no.: 41 is damaged. Position: 55° 30,212'N ‐ 007° 49,909'E. Mariners are advised to keep a distance of 500 meters to the position. The Jack up Vessel WIND PIONEER will start operations in Horns Rev 1 area from CW 44 on. HR3: The Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) MARINER are working in the Horns Rev 3 area.

Vattenfall Marine Coordination Centre is in operation 24/7 and can be contacted by VHF ch 16 and 10 or by duty‐phone no.: +45 27 87 50 50. MCC is monitoring the traffic in the area of all Vattenfall OWF.

DAN TYSK & SANDBANK windfarmsDanTysk and Sandbank windfarms are situated within the marked area.The Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV) MO1, FOB SWATH 3, FOB SWATH 2, CHANNEL CHIEFTAIN IX as well as the Service Offshore Vessel (SOV) WINDEA LEIBNIZ and SIEM DAY are operating at DanTysk & SANDBANK OWP's. The vessel GLOBAL SYMPHONY conducting cable works in the DanTysk OWP.

At the below mentioned position a wreck of a submarine has been discovered containing dangerous ammunition.Due to safety reasons, Danish Maritime Authority prohibit all unauthorized fishing, anchoring and diving on and within 100 m radius of the wreck in pos. 55 30,62 N ‐ 007 56,84 E. Please note that the size of the prohibited area has been changed. Violation of the prohibition is punishable by fine or prison.

TYRA REDEVELOPMENT:At the TYRA Field two foundations for platforms has been established at the below mentioned positions. A prohibited area with a radius of 500m has been established around each platform. DOGGER BANK SUBSEA HINDRANCES:During 2020, Greenpeace has deployed larger stones, with a weight of up to 4 ton, on the seabed at Dogger bank.These rocks pose a risk for trawl and similar equipment.The below positions has come to FOGA's attention:

HYDROGRAF

Energinet has commenced the works with the gas pipeline Baltic Pipe which will connect the Euro Pipe II gas pipeline with theDanish Westcoast at Houstrup beach. The pipeline works have been finished. A Guard vessel is conducting guard duties at the pipeline end at 55° 48.826 N, 006° 30.641 E with a 500 meters radius temporary prohibited exclusion zone for fishing and trawling activity.

The remaining part of the gas pipeline is surrounded by a protection zone of 200m on each side of the pipeline pursuant to Danish Maritime Authority Order no. 939 of 27 November 1992 on Protection of Submarine Cables and Pipelines. Within the protection zone anchoring, dredging, boulder removal, and any use of equipment being dragged across the seabed will be prohibited. The following exception is applicable; fishing activities are allowed in the corridor running from the beach up to point 55° 45.597 N, 008° 7.563 E (which corresponds to the water depth line of around 12‐m). The pipeline has been buried and covered with sand in this section and fishing operations can be safely performed.

Energinet is conducting a seabed survey in the waters outside the Westcoast of Jutland at Little Fisher Bank, where the energy island is planned. The vessel RELUME conducting ROV inspection of the seabed within the area of the coming energi island in the North Sea and it has restricted maneuverablility. The job is conducted within the area shown at the below chart. The area is within the below mentioned positions:
