Ambrose reports that police are seeking the public’s help identifying the below pictured suspects in connection with an auto burglary that occurred on Sunday, July 16, 2017. Between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m., a victim’s vehicle was broken into on Washington Place near Broad Street. Cash and personal items were stolen from the vehicle by a male suspect and his female accomplice. While police are actively searching for these suspects, we seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing them from our streets. This investigation is continuing. Director Ambrose is urging anyone with information about these suspects to call the Department's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1- 877-695-8477) or 1-877-NWK-GUNS (1-877-695-4867). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward. Anonymous tips may also be made using the Police Division’s website at: www.newarkpd.org or through our new Smartphone App available at iTunes and Google Play. POLICE SEEK THE PUBLIC’S HELP IDENTIFYING AUTO BURGLARY SUSPECTS

Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose reports that police are seeking the public’s help identifying the below pictured suspects in connection with an auto burglary that occurred on Sunday, July 16, 2017.
