Attire:Proper attire is required for all guests. No vulgaror suggestive writing on clothes. Loose shoes such asflip-flops must be removed for Tick-Tock Clock Dropand Beanstalk Bounce. Guests are required to wearshoes and shirts at all times (except in the StorybookSeaport). No bathing suits on rides.Guests are requiredto change into dry clothes after visiting the StorybookSeaport.

Guests with Special Needs:Although we will try to accommodate riders with special needs, some rides maynot be appropriate for all riders. Persons with specialneeds must have their own assistant. Please see anyonein Guest Services for assistance with guests with specialneeds.

Service Animals:While Storybook Land does not normally permit pets inside the park, Service Animalsused for the care of guests with special needs are allowed. For the safety and welfare of all, service animalsare not permitted on any ride that requires passenger restraints ORinvolves intense spinning, dropping,and/or intense heights.

Smoking:Smoking is not permitted inside the park. Ifyou wish to smoke, you may have your hand stampedand smoke in the designated smoking area in the mainparking lot. E-Cigarettes and/or vaporizers are also not permitted in the park.

Lockers:Lockers are available for rent in the PicnicPavilion. Lockers are subject to be searched should suspicious activity be detected.

Admittance:No children (under 18) are admitted intothe park or into the parking lot without an adult.

Picnic Lunches:Picnic lunches are welcome in the picnicarea. No grills, cooking devices, alcoholic beveragesor outside commercial food items.

Paging System:The paging system is for StorybookLand messages and Emergencies ONLY. We do NOTdo pages for separated parties.

Safety First:It is important that parents, guardians,and/or chaperones understand all park rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of the parent,guardian, or chaperone to supervise any children undertheir care at all times. Storybook Land employees aretrained to enforce park rules and regulations. We appre-ciate your understanding of our need to provide a safeenvironment for our guests.

Restricted Items:Alcoholic beverages, firearms, laserpointers, personal utility knives, “Selfie Sticks”, dronecameras, and Hoverboards are NOT permitted.

Inclement Weather:Storybook Land is subject to closein the event of inclement weather or inclement weatherforecast. For the safety of our guests, some rides maybe required to shut down should foul weather occurwhen the park is in operation. This is in accordance withNew Jersey State Ride Regulations. Storybook Landdoes not offer refunds or rain checks.

Guest Courtesy:All guests of Storybook Land must actin a sensible manner. Line-jumping, misbehaving, harassment, intoxication, foul language etc., is not tolerated. Storybook Land reserves the right to dismissguests without refund.

First Aid:Assistance with First Aid is available in theCastle Gift Shop.

Lost Child:If you become separated from a child,please notify any Storybook Land employee.

Lost and Found:Please report any lost articles or returnany found items to the Castle Gift Shop. Storybook Landis not responsible for lost or stolen items.

ATM:An ATM is available in the Park Entrance and inthe Dining Depot Snack Bar. A $1.00 surcharge applies.

3. The Dining Depot: Food selection includes pizza, combo meals, macaroni & cheese, hot dogs, fries,nachos, drinks, novelty ice cream, and snacks. The Dining Depot is located next to Tick Tock ClockDrop.

4. Mistress Mary’s Garden Goodies: Food includes funnel cake and drinks. Philadelphia Water Ice®

is available in the summer. Mistress Mary’s Garden Goodies is located next to the Little Red School-house.

7. Little Jack Horner’s Picnic Corner: Picnic lunches from home are allowed. No commercial foodfrom outside sources, please. The picnic area is located to the right of the park entrance and is adjacentto restrooms, lockers, and the companion restroom.

30. Caboose Café: Food selection includes hot dogs, novelty ice cream, popcorn, nachos, and drinks.The Caboose Café is located across from Work Zone.

43. The Gingerbread House: Food selection includes Mother Goose Meals for kids, combo meals,cheesesteaks, burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, fries, and drinks. Soft-serve ice cream isavailable in the Summer. The Gingerbread House is located next to the Castle Exit & Gift Shop.

42. The Castle Exit & Gift Shop: The Gift Shopoffers souvenir items, t-shirts, sweatshirts, toys, batteries, and select medicines. It is also the locationfor Guest Services and Season Pass Processing.

Restrooms are located:• Next to the Gingerbread House Snack Bar• At Little Jack Horner’s Picnic Corner (with a

companion restroom).• Next to the Turtle Twirl (with a nursing area).

Current List of Rides (with restrictions):

A. Whirly Bug: Under 42 inches tall must be accompanied by a companion. (The State of New Jersey Departmentof Community Affairs recommends that all Ferris Wheel operators in the state should not permit single riders.Storybook Land strictly enforces state laws and will abide by any recommendation.)

B. Rock-Spin-Roll: Under 36 inches tall must be accompanied by a companion.

C. Carousel: Under 42 inches tall must be accompanied by an adult.

D. Tick-Tock Clock Drop: Under 42 inches tall is not permitted to ride. Between 42 inches and 48 inches tallmust ride accompanied by an adult.

E. The Candy Cane Express: Under 36 inches tall must be accompanied by an adult. (Runs seasonally.)

F. Happy Dragon: Under 36 inches tall must be accompanied by a companion.

G. Out on a Limb: Must be at least 36 inches tall to ride with a companion. 42 inches and taller may ride alone.

H. Old Tymers: Riders must be at least 48 inches tall to ride.

I. Alice’s Tea Time: Under 36 inches tall must be accompanied by a companion.

J. Beanstalk Bounce: Under 36 inches tall may not ride under any circumstances. 36 inches and taller may ride alone.

K. Bubbles the Roller Coaster: Minimum passenger height is 36 inches to ride with an adult or 38 inches toride alone. Under 34 inches may not ride under any circumstances.

L. Zip Zap Racers: Under 36 inches tall may not ride.

M. Rockin’ Tug: Under 42 inches in height must be accompanied by a companion.

N. Turtle Twirl: Under 46 inches tall or under 6 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible person.

O. J&J Railroad: Under 42 inches tall must be accompanied by an adult.

P. Work Zone: Under 36 inches tall must be accompanied by a responsible person.

Q. Jumping Jumbos: Under 36 inches tall must be accompanied by a responsible person.

TerminologyUnaccompanied: Riders above the posted height can ride unaccompanied by a companion. Each rider under thestated height must ride with a companion capable of ensuring the child’s compliance with all safety rules.Companion: Someone of the posted height who can accompany another rider who is under the posted heightand can ensure that the smaller rider complies with safety rules.Minimum: All riders must be at least this tall, even if accompanied by a companion.

Storybook Land rides are family rides and are suitable for children and adults. All rides have height restrictions and/orlimitations. Be sure to check posted height and safety restrictions at each attraction. Ride and attraction requirementsare determined by ride dynamics, the restraint system used, recommendations made by the manufacturer, and by theState of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Ride information and restrictions are posted at each location.Please supervise children at all times. Ride guidelines and height requirement are subject to change without notice.

The New Jersey State Ride Safety Act requires Storybook Land to post same and laws are strictly enforced. Somerides may not be for everyone. Those with heart or back problems, recent surgery, or pregnancy should exercise caution. Although we will try to accommodate riders with special needs, some rides may not be appropriate foreveryone. Persons with special needs must have their own helper.

In the event of inclement weather or mechanical difficulty, rides may close.

Unlimited Ride AdvisoryStorybook Land is happy to offer Unlimited Rides with the pay-one-price Park Admission. If a guest wishes to experiencea ride consecutively, please show courtesy for other guests in queue by exiting the ride and re-entering. If no guestsare in queue, riders may remain on the ride. However, please be advised that continuous, repetitive riding, with nobreaks in between, may not be in a guest’s best health interest. Storybook Land suggests that all riders take a 10minute break after experiencing a ride three (3) consecutive times. It is the responsibility of the park guest to read andobey all posted warnings at each ride, and to cooperate with Storybook Land Ride Personnel and Management to ensure‘Safe Fun’ for all guests. As always, the responsibility of supervising children (those under the age of 18 years)both on and off rides lies within the parent, guardian, or chaperone. Please supervise children at all times.

The proper protocol for measuring height is as follows:-Stand straight, with feet flat, heels and back against the measuring board-Keep head straight, chin down-Measure to the top of the head, not hair-Top of the head must be touching proper height on the measuring board and/or height stick-All measurements are non-negotiable-Patrons wearing shoes with soles higher than 3 inches must remove shoes when being measuredPlease understand that height restrictions are in place due to the requirements and recommendations by theRide Manufacturer and the New Jersey State Department of Community Affairs.
