INDEPENDENTWe are constantly pushing the boundaries to achieve a better outcome for our clients. That’s why we have implemented our own Quality Assurance Program, where we engage the services of an Independent Quality Control company who carries out inspections at different stage of the building process.

At Better Built Homes exceptional customer service and quality construction is our passion and number one priority. Every home passes an independent quality inspection during construction which means that all our customers have peace of mind that we build to the highest standards we set for ourselves and to ensure we create the dream home you deserve.

PROGRESS INSPECTIONSStage 1: As part of the Better Built Homes Quality Assurance program. An independent Quality Control Company provides an inspection which is carried out at frame stage prior to internal linings. This is the first step to ensure quality is maintained right throughout the building process as part of our Quality Assurance Program.

FINAL INSPECTIONStage 2: As part of the Better Built Homes Quality Assurance program. The Independent Quality Control Company returns to inspect the home at the final stages of the building process. Also, as part of the handover process our own Better Built Homes Quality Control Technician completes an inspection at this stage. That’s a total of 2 inspections at the final stage. This process is to ensure every home we handover is completed to the Better Built Homes Standard. This creates a smoother and enjoyable handover process for everyone.

COMMUNICATIONOur team at Better Built Homes passionately supports and guides every customer throughout the building process. That means exceptional Personal service with a capital P. Customers will not be passed from one person to another when they seek answers to their questions or information about their project. Customers are informed throughout the whole process it makes everything go so smoothly and any challenges encountered along the way are quickly resolved. Our communication process results in a more efficient build and allows us to provide a better service to our customers.

SUPERVISOR CHECKLISTMost home companies just give the plans to the site supervisors and send them on their way. As each Better Built Home is unique, prior to site commencement, Better Built Homes will break down each job into detailed stages with instructions for the site supervisor. This helps keep consistency and completeness in carrying out all tasks of the build.

PRIVATE CERTIFIERA Private Certifier is engaged to carry out inspections at critical stages of the building process as well as a proving a Construction Certificate. These inspection are different to quality inspection but ensure the building work is in accordance with the development consent and NCC (formerly the Building Code of Australia). These inspections usually are, footings & slab, frame, waterproofing, and Occupation Certificate.

QUALITY ASSURED CERTIFICATEProvided as part of our Quality Assurance Program. This certificate is issued at the end of the building process from the independent Quality control company.
