On Sunday, January 6th, 13 parish 8th grad-

ers participated in the

Rite of Enrollment at 10:30 Mass, bringing

them one step closer to

Confirmation on Feb-ruary 5th. After Mass,

the Candidates and their Sponsors enjoyed a luncheon in Heritage Hall, a talk

on the candidate/sponsor relationship by Amelia Gamble

and received their palanca letters (letters of support writ-ten by loved ones, friends, fellow parishoners, their YM

leader, and parish leaders. It was a truly spiritual and

moving morning and afternoon.
