Gameplay systems revolve around

characters, cameras, movement, controls, weapons, equipment, objects, enemies, magic, inventory and other elements that must have in

order to create and sustain the “fun factor”.!!

Game mechanics is more engineering

concept, while game play is more of a design concept. To really understand the world of gameplay mechanics, it is important to look

how it has evolved.!!

Many focused on more stylistic, thematic or cinematic experience. !!refers to the computer and video games at the turn of the 21st century which was 1998 o 2009. Platforms of the generation !!

From  le-:  Dreamcast,  PlaySta8on  2,  Nintendo  GameCube,  Xbox.

7th Generations

Defining the process !A design process is a series of steps that must be completed to refine a n idea to game and bring to completion. Every feature of the game must be considered, refined, questioned, verified and solidified before it can be implemented. !!As designer, you control the content that goes into a project and determine the gameplay, moves, character, special effect, levels and much more.!

Core theme Establish the core theme for game by asking yourself a series of question such as these. What is the essence of the game?!Who is the player?!What does the player do?!How does the player do it?!Where does the player do it?!What does the player do it?!Who does the player do it with?!What are the games' stand-out features?!

Interface design Introduction  ! The main purpose of game interface is to allow players to communicate with games.!!Interface is responsible for feedback – conveying to the player what is happening in the game.!!What obstacle you facing ?!What is you score?!How many live do you have left?!How much longer to achieve my goal or to winning?!!

Interface design The factors needs to consider  !Functionality refer to an interface’s ability to achieve its goal, without functional interface, a game cannot be played.! !Usability refer to user-friendliness of an interface. In visual interface are menus easy to navigate? !!Aesthetics in interface design, form should follow function, the aesthetic of an interface are affected by many factors, such artistic style, color pallete and typography. !! Accessibility similar to usability, but it applies for specifically to player with special needs. People with physical or mental disabilities or impairments can have difficulties using interface. !!! !!
