Scenario
Mobile Wallet App Product Vision – For banks and their customers, this is an app that banks can brand to their name/logo for customers to use as a “mobile wallet”. With the Mobile Wallet, customers can pay for transactions at retailers with their phone and transfer money to someone else with the app.

Game – Mood Ring Determining what aspects, features and aFributes of a soluIon, product, service or system would make a customer feel different ways. 1. Select three emoIons you want to explore 2. In small groups use the flip chart and draw out 3 secIons
and label them with the three emoIons. 3. Silently and individually brainstorm what would make a
user feel these emoIons using the app, one idea per sIcky note.

the other is the user. 3. Using improvisaIon, act out the interacIon
between the user and machine to pay for a mocha laFe at Caribou. • User – You express what you expect to tap/
touch/etc… based on your expectaIons of the app.
• Machine – You much present opIons for the user to tap/touch/enter.
