THE IDEAMy involves capturing the growth the various plants and collecting a few hundred of them clips and projecting them on to a large clear wall and with them videos in a specific order it will create a large image of a tree and the clips that will create the image of tree will be on replayed over and over to create the images of leaves growing and dying over and over.

HOW IT WILL BE MADE First of I will capture time lapses of various plants growing out the ground and these clips will be put on a loop to create the image of a tree on a single wall.

I will use a projector to project the videos onto a wall so they are arranged in the shape of a tree, the leaves of the tree will be created by clips of green plants growing and dying so it gives the impression that the leaves are growing and dying on the tree. The whole thing will be played on a loop so it will go on for the gyration of the exhibition.

WHY MY PIECE WILL FIT INTO THE EXHIBITION My idea will be suitable for the exhibition as it fits perfectly with the nature theme, it will be placed in the middle of exhibit as this is where it will get the most attention and be shown as one of the most important pieces of the exhibition. My video installation will be seen as an art form and not as a piece of entertainment by its viewers.
