Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) was

established in accordance with law No. 24 of

2005, issued by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa

Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, the UAE President, the

Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and

the Ruler of Abu Dhabi.

The Chairman of ADEC is H.H. Crown Prince of

Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of

the UAE Armed Forces and the Vice-Chairman

is H.H. Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan,

Minister of Presidential Affairs.

Dar Al Ber Society: charity established thanks to

God Almighty and the efforts of some traders and

dignitaries in Dubai in 1400, corresponding to

1978 in the United Arab Emirates by a ministerial

decree No. 23/78 of the Ministry of Labor and

Social Affairs under the name of Dar Al Ber

Society, a charitable organization - cultural - social.

The Dar Al Ber Society and is complemented

by more than 30 years of giving one of the first

charities operating in the United Arab Emirates in

this area charitable and humanitarian.

Al Yah Satellite Communications Company

PrJSC (Yahsat) is a private joint stock company

fully owned by Mubadala, an investment arm

of the Government of Abu Dhabi. Since being

incorporated in 2007, we have designed the

region’s first multi-purpose satellite system, based

on extensive interaction with customers and

research into their communication needs.
