Gemba Kaizen is a secured mobility platform:
– To schedule and conduct Gemba visit SOP evaluation online.
– To capture the evidence to substantiate the compliance or non-compliance against the set standards.
– Acts as a standard reference to check the status of the evaluation.
– Acts as ready reckoner of performance parameters on studies such as CSI, SSI, CPTV, ART and Mystery Audits.
– To provide reminders and alerts on Scheduling, conducting and action plan completion.
– Bespoke reporting of the status, progress, pending and performance.
WHAT IS GEMBA KAIZEN..?
G E M B A K A I Z E N THE PROCESS:
NISSAN Admin creates and publishes the SOP evaluation and pushes to each ASM
• The ASM receives the task in the dashboard of the app
• The ASM Schedules the evaluation and commit a date of his Gemba visit to his assigned dealership
• The ASM performs Gemba visit to the dealership on committed schedule
• Conducts Evaluation • Captures Evidence • Fills in Action Plan in concurrence
with dealer stakeholder • Fulfil the evaluation completion
criterion
• The ASM tracks the status of action plan
• The ASM follow-up with the dealer stakeholders on the completion of the action plan committed
• View report and action out of all the major studies like CSI, SSI, CPTV, ART…etc

3G or Wi-Fi Internet connectivity (for accessing the online feature of the APP)
Preferably 2GB of RAM but 1 GB mandatory
4 GB of free memory space
Preferably 5-inch screen and above for better viewing(Responsive so it will work in lower resolution also)
Device need to be enabled to allow installation of applications from both trusted & unknown sources | Settings -> Security -> Unknown Sources

FAQ’s Download and install 1. What if my app crashes during installation & during evaluation progress? Check for the Permission on GPS, Camera and Storage in the settings -> Application manager -> Gemba Kaizen and if the permission is not provided enable the permission

FAQ’s 2. Can I download my app from Google Playstore or Apple ITunes? No, for security purpose we have made a personal appstore for us and you could download only through https://appstore.tti-global.com/#/client/59GX134 3. What happen if my device has less than 4GB memory space? 4GB of memory space is mandated for taking the snaps during the evaluation, and once the evaluation is completed and the data is synched in the server you could free up those snaps. If there is less than 2 GB of storage the app would crash frequently. 4. Whilst using Gemba Kaizen app, in which scenario Internet is mandatory? During Logging in to the App Till evaluation starts While finishing the evaluation Seeing the updated reports permission Login and Access Credentials 1. How do I register in Gemba Kaizen app? You would be registered by Admin in HO, and you need to generate the password using the OTP process. Kindly go through the user manual for further details. 2. How do I login to Gemba Kaizen app? You can login the app using your registered email ID, mobile number and password

FAQ’s 3. Can I change my email ID, Mobile Number? Kindly contact the HO admin for changing your registered email ID or mobile number to reflect it in Gemba Kaizen credentials. 4. Should I log in to the Gemba Kaizen, every time I launch the app? No, It work with one time login, unless until changing the Register Mobile or Email ID or you are formatting your mobile device, or re- installing the app My Task, Evaluation, Reporting and Action plan 1. Can I Start my Evaluation without scheduling? The evaluation button will not be activated until you schedule your evaluation date 2. Can I change the scheduled date more than once? You could change the schedule date, but the first scheduled date would be taken in to consideration for reminder emails unless otherwise it is approved by HO Admin 3. Can I do multiple dealer evaluation in a single day? You can do multiple dealer evaluation in a single day, it is mandatory for you to synchronize the data before you leave the dealership as a best practice 4. Should I take snaps for all the questions? It is not mandatory for taking the evidence snaps, but it is the user discretion to take the snaps which is relevant to the questions.
