• Challenge Program is a 3.5 years rotation program across Business Units (BUs) and Functions in China.
• Early career development for high potential young graduates to accumulate cross BU knowledge/skills to be future leaders.

• The program is to equip with the full cycle of technical and product knowledge, functional experience and diverse nature of the projects

• Early career program in BPZ (BP’s manufacturing asset in Zhuhai, Guangdong province) to develop talent pipeline for furture BP manufacturing leaders
• Target at graduate students with bachelor and above degree who have the education background and strong aspiration in technical and engineering.
• Selected candidate will get 2 assignments during 3-year Trainee program in BPZ to gain exposure and expertise in BP manufacturing

• FLP target post-graduate candidates with 3-6 professional experience and the potential to achieve more.
