Message boardThere will be a message board for conference participants located next to the conference information desk.

Technical staffTechnical staff will be available during all sessions. Please direct all other en-quiries for technical assistance to the conference information desk. Presenters who have not submitted their presentations in advance should report to the conference information desk at arrival.

AdmissionAt registration all delegates and exhibitors will receive a conference badge. This badge is required for admission to the conference venues, lunches and dinners so please wear it in a visible place during the conference.

Poster exhibitionThe poster exhibition will be open during the entire conference. After Arctic Frontiers 2015 we would like to place your poster presentations on the website in pdf format. An information and registration desk will be located in the conference area at UiT The Arctic University of Norway where the staff will be happy to assist with any queries.
