Highlights of RMU of Hydro Electric Projects

MOHAMMADPUR HEP (3X3.1 MW-Vertical Kaplan):

• Order obtained from UJVNL against ICB through stiff competition with MNCs like Andritz . The project was funded by NABARD.Andritz . The project was funded by NABARD.

• Successfully commissioned and Handed Over the complete Project in time to UJVNL

in Year 2012-13 and all units are working satisfactorily since then.

• All Units are generating double the Power than the power generating before RM &U.

• Almost all the New equipments installed with the state of Art Technology like Turbine, Generator, Static

Excitation Power Transformers SCADA Digital Governor OPU Fully Automatic TRCM etcExcitation ,Power Transformers, SCADA, Digital Governor, OPU, Fully Automatic TRCM etc.

Achievement: Before RM&U total Power Generation was 4.5 MW & after RM&U generation is 10.23 MW.

Performance tests carried out by IIT Roorkee & found better than specified.

Original drawings were not available, GoGoal prepared the drawings by Reverse engineering for the profile of the

Blades.

Renovated the Runner having diameter 4300mm and weight 35 Ton with in house facility with third party inspection.

GoGoal Beyond India…RM&U OF VARZOB I HEP (2X3 67MW Vertical Francis) TAJIKISTAN :RM&U OF VARZOB-I HEP (2X3.67MW-Vertical Francis) TAJIKISTAN :

Successfully executed before time, even in difficult working condition i.e. - 1 ̊C to -10 ̊C.
