Sale Format:Bulls will be penned in groups according to type and kind. Base prices of $2,500 will be assigned to all bulls offered in this sale re-gardless of which group they are in. When the sale begins we will bring a group forward and we will be auctioning “Choice” out of that group starting at the base price of $2,500. After 1st choice is sold and picked off, next “choice” will be sold until the group has all been removed. The next group will be brought forward to repeat the previous pro-cess until all the groups have been sold.

Location: Good Farms is located 4mi. east of Olsburg and 1 7/8 mi. north to dead end on Oak Grove Rd. or 1 mi. west of the Hwy.13 and Hwy 16 West junction to Oak Grove Rd. then north to dead end.

Sale schedule: Friday, March 8th the bulls will be on display starting at 10:00 a.m. Lunch will be served from 11:30 to 12:30. “Angus choice sale” begins at 1:00 p.m.

Delivery and pick-up: A $50.00 per buyer discount will be allowed if purchases are picked up the day of the sale. We will feed all other bulls free for one week after the sale and then a $2.50 per day charge will apply. Bulls can be delivered free up to 50 miles from Olsburg if arrangements are made. We will work with you on eco-nomical delivery beyond that point if neces-sary.

Health/ ManagementAll bulls have received IBR, PI3, BRSV, Spi-rovac VL5. 7 Way Blackleg and at least two rounds of Ivermectin or Dectomax. All bulls are tested for Brucellosis and are tested nega-tive for persistently infected (PI) BVD. All bulls offered in the sale are free from Arthrogryposis Multiplex (AM), Neuropathic Hydrocephalus (NH) and Contractural Arachnodactyly (CA) genes.

Fertility and Guarantee: All bulls have been fertility tested and checked for overall health and soundness by Dr. Lee Penner DVM, Manhattan, Kansas and will sell as guaranteed breeders for the first breeding season, through 9-15-2013. This guarantee does not include loss due to injury, abuse, neglect, illness and or acts of God (lightning, flood, etc) In the event a bull is not a breeder, he will be replaced if pos-sible or credit will be given on another bull at a later date.

Semen interest:We reserve the right to retain 1/3 semen in-terest on any bull that is sold.

Dear Fellow Cattle Producers,

As we start another year, we wanted to touch base with you to remind you of our upcoming Angus Choice Bull Sale. The sale date will be Friday, March 8th at 1:00p.m here at the ranch near Olsburg. Come to the ranch any-time on the 8th after 10:30 to inspect the bulls. Lunch will be served from 11:30 until 12:30. The format for the sale will be the same as we have used the last 3 years. Buyers will be bidding for their “choice” of the bulls in the offering. There will be approximately 30 bulls for sale. After 52 years of selection for production traits, we be-lieve that you will be happy with the selection of high quality, performance bulls. All bulls will be semen tested, PI tested negative and we will have epds and carcass ultra-sound data available on all of the bulls in the offer-ing. These bulls are sired by some of the best bulls in the Angus breed such as: Right Answer, Frontman, Sitz Wisdom, Final Product, and some excellent bulls sired by some of our home raised sons of Predominant, Net Worth and In Focus. Many bulls will be bred for calving ease and we also will offer many with real power, muscle, extra growth and maternal siring ability. As in the past, proven by customer results, these bulls will also offer the potential to excel when their offspring are fed and sold on a carcass basis. All bulls offered for sale will be guaranteed to be free of the Arthrogryposis Multiplex (AM), Neuropathic Hydrocephalus (NH) and Contractural Arachnodactyly (CA) genes.You will be receiving a sale catalog with information and data on the bulls offered for sale mid to late February. What a performance bull this guy is! Really stout, sound, massive bull with high-est yearling weight and 3rd highest ADG in entire crop! 1437# yearling weight, good ultrasound data, plus correctness. This is truly an unusual Angus bull!! His mother is one of our top 2 or 3 cows.

Here is a long bodied, nicely made Predestined son that will continue to get better with age. Very good weaning weight. Too young to adjust ultrasound information.

Easy moving, correctly made bull with top end weaning ratio (119% and 741# adj wt.) as well. Lots of future in this bull.

Square hipped, smooth made bull here with an excellent Pathfinder dam. Too young to adjust ultrasound data but raw values of REA and % IMF are high.

A very growthy Right Answer son with extra stretch and performance. Out of a 1st calf heifer with excellent weaning and yearling ratios! Unusual performance and calving ease in this bull.

Frontman son with a good young Net Worth mother. 105 weaning ratio.

This young fellow is one to not underestimate or miss! He is stamped by the 047 bull with thickness, hind quarter, correctness and excellent weaning and yearling weights. Very good dam as well.

Here is one of the best young bulls and he may be a sleeper. Great balance, depth of body, thickness and good weaning and yearling growth. Too young to adjust ultrasound data, but he has a great marbling score probably coming from his grand sire Predestined.

As we start another year, we wanted to touch base with you to remind you of our upcoming Angus Choice Bull Sale. The sale date will be Friday, March 8th at 1:00p.m here at the ranch near Olsburg. Come to the ranch any-time on the 8th after 10:30 to inspect the bulls. Lunch will be served from 11:30 until 12:30. The format for the sale will be the same as we have used the last 3 years. Buyers will be bidding for their “choice” of the bulls in the offering. There will be approximately 30 bulls for sale. After 52 years of selection for production traits, we be-lieve that you will be happy with the selection of high quality, performance bulls. All bulls will be semen tested, PI tested negative and we will have epds and carcass ultra-sound data available on all of the bulls in the offer-ing. These bulls are sired by some of the best bulls in the Angus breed such as: Right Answer, Frontman, Sitz Wisdom, Final Product, and some excellent bulls sired by some of our home raised sons of Predominant, Net Worth and In Focus. Many bulls will be bred for calving ease and we also will offer many with real power, muscle, extra growth and maternal siring ability. As in the past, proven by customer results, these bulls will also offer the potential to excel when their offspring are fed and sold on a carcass basis. All bulls offered for sale will be guaranteed to be free of the Arthrogryposis Multiplex (AM), Neuropathic Hydrocephalus (NH) and Contractural Arachnodactyly (CA) genes.You will be receiving a sale catalog with information and data on the bulls offered for sale mid to late February. Health/ ManagementAll bulls have received IBR, PI3, BRSV, Spi-rovac VL5. 7 Way Blackleg and at least two rounds of Ivermectin or Dectomax. All bulls are tested for Brucellosis and are tested nega-tive for persistently infected (PI) BVD. All bulls offered in the sale are free from Arthrogryposis Multiplex (AM), Neuropathic Hydrocephalus (NH) and Contractural Arachnodactyly (CA) genes.

Fertility and Guarantee: All bulls have been fertility tested and checked for overall health and soundness by Dr. Lee Penner DVM, Manhattan, Kansas and will sell as guaranteed breeders for the first breeding season, through 9-15-2013. This guarantee does not include loss due to injury, abuse, neglect, illness and or acts of God (lightning, flood, etc) In the event a bull is not a breeder, he will be replaced if pos-sible or credit will be given on another bull at a later date.

Semen interest:We reserve the right to retain 1/3 semen in-terest on any bull that is sold.

Sale Format:Bulls will be penned in groups according to type and kind. Base prices of $2,500 will be assigned to all bulls offered in this sale re-gardless of which group they are in. When the sale begins we will bring a group forward and we will be auctioning “Choice” out of that group starting at the base price of $2,500. After 1st choice is sold and picked off, next “choice” will be sold until the group has all been removed. The next group will be brought forward to repeat the previous pro-cess until all the groups have been sold.

Location: Good Farms is located 4mi. east of Olsburg and 1 7/8 mi. north to dead end on Oak Grove Rd. or 1 mi. west of the Hwy.13 and Hwy 16 West junction to Oak Grove Rd. then north to dead end.

Sale schedule: Friday, March 8th the bulls will be on display starting at 10:00 a.m. Lunch will be served from 11:30 to 12:30. “Angus choice sale” begins at 1:00 p.m.

Delivery and pick-up: A $50.00 per buyer discount will be allowed if purchases are picked up the day of the sale. We will feed all other bulls free for one week after the sale and then a $2.50 per day charge will apply. Bulls can be delivered free up to 50 miles from Olsburg if arrangements are made. We will work with you on eco-nomical delivery beyond that point if neces-sary.
