•Cadets are promoted by passing online and performance task examinations of the CACC•Cadets participate in optional weekend and out-of-school training programs such as leadership schools, bivouacs, survival training, mountaineering, etc•Cadets compete in drill, marksmanship, and physical fitness competitions with other cadet units and JROTC units
