Our classes and work experiences are designed with that in mind: to provide those dedicated to working and making a difference with the tools, to innovate and apply new knowledge and global contacts to achieve those goals.
Whether you are a prospective intern, professional certification applicant, student or scholar, please fill out the application form below so that we can better understand how to build our innovative team and community of research and practice. This program can be the basis of a growing professional and personal network that can provide rich and unexpected rewards. We are pleased that you are here!

In addition to the course of study you are engaging in, you are part of building a community of practice that is the basis of continuing professional networking. The more you tell us about your talents and desires for the program, the better able we are to pair you with other individuals, programs and opportunities.
This form is confidential. We require from each applicant the following: NOTE we accept only .doc .docx and .pdf files. Scanned documents such as credentials or scanned letters should be in .jpg/.jpeg or .png file format.
