ZUMBA !

There are eight different “levels” of Zumba . Zumba Sentao, Zumba Gold-Toning, Zumba in the Circuit, Zumbatomic, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, & Zumba Fitness . A fitness program that blends dance and aerobics, Zumba was invented in the late 1990s

You have to have a lot of Flexibility and Endurance . You gotta be able to move flexibly during Zumba . When you first start Zumba your not gonna be able to do much because your not used to working as much, but as you go through Zumba Fitness your Endurance is gonna build up and your gonna be able to do much more than you were able to when you first started .

KICK BOXING !

Kick boxing is a group of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, Kickboxing is often practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sportrically developed from Karate.

You gotta have a lot of strength for when your practicing self-defense and actually Kick-boxing.

You gotta have some flexibility so you can move easily.

SWIMMING !

Moving through water for fun: the action or activity of making progress unsupported through water using the arms and legs, whether for pleasure, exercise, or sport.

You gotta have strength, flexibility, and endurance in swimming. You gotta have strength to make yourself move under water . You gotta have flexibility so you can move flexibility while your swimming. You also gotta have endurance to progress. Once you first start out, your not gonna be able to do a lot but once you’ve done it for a while you’ll be able to do more .

• Fat provides needed energy.• Vitamins give you a good source of energy and keep you

healthy .• Minerals are needed by your body to function properly it

helps your blood carry oxygen and builds strong muscles.• Water helps remove the dangerous toxins that your body

takes in from the air you breathe, the food you eat and the chemicals used in the various products you use on your skin and hair.

• The function of carbohydrates is to give energy to all the cells in our body and they fuel the basal
