Happenings September 2019 If you have any news or announcements you’d like featured in the newsletter, please email them to [email protected]. Effective Tuesday, September 3rd the driveline threshold will be moved from 10 mph to 5 mph. At this point we will still be using AOBRDs, and the plan is to be on full ELD guidelines around October 7th. Once we are switched to ELD, when the truck hits 5 mph it is to be logged as ei- ther Driving, On Duty—Yard Movement, or PC. We cannot change a log if it goes onto Drive (NO EXCEPTIONS). PC cannot be used to move on a customer yard. Movement should be recorded as Yard Movement which will count against your 70 hour clock and interrupt any breaks. If you have any questions or concerns on the subject feel free to contact the Safety Department and/or your Driver Manager. Submitted by Dale Mark in 9335

Effective Tuesday, September 3rd the driveline threshold will

be moved from 10 mph to 5 mph. At this point we will still be

using AOBRDs, and the plan is to be on full ELD guidelines

around October 7th.

• Once we are switched to ELD, when the truck hits 5 mph it is to be logged as ei-

ther Driving, On Duty—Yard Movement, or PC. We cannot change a log if it goes

onto Drive (NO EXCEPTIONS).

• PC cannot be used to move on a customer yard. Movement should be recorded

as Yard Movement which will count against your 70 hour clock and interrupt any

breaks.

• If you have any questions or concerns on the subject feel free to contact the

Safety Department and/or your Driver Manager.

ing more than a single button

• REACHING for a mobile phone in

a manner that requires a driver to
