The New Town Development enhances the quality of life byimproving the living environment from housing to educationfor the relatively underdeveloped districts in Seoul

Solution to the housing problemsBy building New Towns with pleasant environment, disparities in residential environment among the districts can bemitigated.

- Integration of history and culture from the past to the present toward the future- Facilitation of access to different areas in the district and to open spaces such as Han River, parks and green area

●Effects : Improve the existing landscapes and establish a basis for self-growth through appropriate adjustment in the use of land ofHapjeong station area, systematical improvement of facilities and attraction of commercial and business functions.
