health coach.
Take relief into your own hands
Build strength, increase flexibility, and improve posture without having to go to a physical
therapist’s office.
Back Care is a low-cost, exercise-based treatment plan coupled with certified health coach
consultations for monitoring and support. This convenient, 4-8 week program is personalized
to each member and members will have access to materials for a full year to cover potential
relapses and reinforce a health back lifestyle.
Back Care programming is provided at no cost to the member through a partnership with
Telespine, an online health program for the management of low back pain.
