• Feet keep us grounded physically, energetically,spiritually.

• Act as earthing to release the extra stress.

• Walking on green grass draw energy from ground.

• Feet are worshiped for better health.

Wow! What a great foundation...!• Both feet combined make up 25% body’s bones,

18% joints, 6% muscles.

• Each foot has 26 bones,33 joints,19 muscles, 107 ligaments that are exquisitely able to balance and hold our shifting weight through hundreds of movements.

When our feet hurt, we hurt all over !!

• Feet influence the health of organs

• Millions of nerves in feet send message to brain. If they do not function properly brain begins to overcompensate. This ultimately affects main structures of the body.

• Knee pain? Backache? Shoulder pain? Neck pain? Headache? Sleeplessness? Ageing?

Nurture the fruit...• AYURVEDA explains that

human body is an inverted tree wherein roots lie at the top(head) and branches (upper and lower limbs) are directed downwards. Trees are nurtured at roots but fruits are obtained always in their branches.
