Some lifestyles can be healthy and some may not. They will be healthy as long as they contribute to the well-being of all aspects of the human being, that is, they promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, all of which favors the development of better living standards.

CONCEPT

PHYSICAL EXERCISEPhysical exercise is necessary for balanced health; In addition, it must be complemented by a balanced diet and an adequate quality of life. Its benefits can be summarized in the following points:
