Hillsborough County Health Care Services

The Healthy Living Program provides guidance and resources for a healthy lifestyle to Hillsborough County Health Care Plan members and the community through local, on-site services. The Healthy Living Program offers an exercise room, educational activities, group exercise sessions, nutritional counseling, and health screenings at Healthy Living Centers located throughout Hillsborough County. Free classes on topics such as fitness, nturition, weight loss, diabetes, hypertension, smoking cessation and other Public Health Services are also available through the Healthy Living Program. Services are available to Hillsborough County Health Care Plan (HCHCP) members, Hillsborough County residents and BOCC county employees.
