PURPOSE

This document hence summarizes all the requirements of Client and could be considered as a business process requirement document as well as a scope document for the Implementation of CRM website.

It is imperative that irrespective of the business, the Management of Client intends to have a common IT infrastructure as the back–bone for its present operations, with provision for scalability with respect to its future business plans.

The Following sections describe the process/Scope for Website Development of CRM PROJECT.

11 Design Goals The application consists of following main things:

A. CRM Website

New CRM would have all functionality of our existing CRM (existing CRM are already checked by client) but would be develop in MVC framework. UI will be provided as per client specification. we will use our test server for host the project during development era and client would have access to check regular updates and progress of our work. Daily updates will be send to client through Elance messages ,Email or skype. Project will handover to client including all source code and client would be free to share source code with anyone.

B. Technologies Server side: asp.net ,c#,mvc 4.0,EF 5.0,sql server 2008 R2. Client Side: Html,Html5,Css,Css3,Jquery,Javascript.

for development and designing to make the project more reliable and good looking. Team will be work under project manager who will keep eyes on coding standard regularly. We will host the project on our test server for keep you update regularly. You can check our progress day by day. Daily project status will be send via email or skype. Clients co-operation will be required at least once in a week for review our work and give feedback.This is tentative time and cost estimate so would be vary in future if functionality extend or reduce.

General Terms

Project Duration and Schedule

However it is estimated that the project will be completed as per the scope defined between LESPL and Client. The exact duration would depend on the complexity of business mapping processes uncovered during the mapping phase.

It needs to be appreciated and understood by the concerned parties – Client, LESPL that the execution of Project Plan is dependent on the availability of required resources. In case the resources are not made available from Client at the required time, LESPL would not be responsible for any delay caused whatsoever in completion of the project.

Client will ensure the dedicated participation of its project team. If there is a slippage in project schedule due to non-availability of the client side project team personnel, LESPL would do the impact analysis for all such cases.

AssumptionsFollowing are the major assumptions as part of this proposal:

Development has been developed on the basis of scope of work as assumption and all the customization requirement envisaged would be logically, technically and functionally feasible. Your website cost is inclusive of proposed cost on the basis of describe scope of work.

Multi Language

Website interface will be in English language only. User inputs will be stored as entered into the database without being changed in any sense.

Testing

Client will prepare the business Scenario for testing of the website in actual environment and sample data will be required from the Client side for data testing during the development process and after completion of the website.

Project CoordinationClient shall appoint a senior person as “IT Coordinator” to represent them and take decisions on behalf of its Management. Client's Representative shall be the single point of a contact for all matters pertaining to this project.

LESPL shall appoint a senior person as a LESPL Representative to represent LESPL and take decisions on behalf of LESPL Management. The LESPL Representative shall be the single point of a contact for all matters pertaining to this project.

Working Schedule

During the execution of this project, the Functional and Technical consultants from LESPL shall work as per the working days of the customer. The timings of work shall be the same as the regular office hours of the customer. It is a preferred practice in IT industry that the Consultant(s) work for not more than 40 hours a week

Deputation of Consultants

Consultant(s) deputed on the assignment will be employees of LESPL. As far as possible, LESPL will ensure continuity of Consultant(s) deputed. LESPL however, reserves the right of de-allocating Consultant(s) and replacing them with a new incumbent, if found absolutely necessary. Under all circumstances within its control, LESPL will effect each de-allocation with prior intimation to the customer.

Post Project Support & AMC

Hand holding support after “Go live date” is offered as part of the implementation. LESPL strongly recommends to the customer to enter into an Annual Maintenance agreement with LESPL after one year and counted from date of implementation. The AMC will be applicable after one year @ 20% pa on the total module cost of project. This is to be paid in advance at the commencement of the post warranty period.

Integration & Data Migration There will be separate charges for data migration and integration from or with any third party application/database. The integration and Migration depends upon the data structure and other requirement. Timeline & Costing of implementation is separate from the implementation timeline of E-commerce Website application which will agree between both the parties.

ConfidentialityEach party owns, and will continue to own all rights, title and interests in and to any inventions however embodied, know how, works in any media, software, information, trade secrets, materials, property or proprietary interest that it owned prior to this agreement or while this agreement is under execution or that it created or acquired independently of its obligations pursuant to this agreement.

Intellectual PropertyEach party owns, and will continue to own all rights, title and interests in and to any inventions however embodied, know how, works in any media, software, information, trade secrets, materials, property or proprietary interest that it owned prior to this agreement or while this agreement is under execution or that it created or acquired independently of its obligations pursuant to this agreement.

Termination

Through Client Consent – either of the parties can terminate the agreement with 30 days notice on Client's consent. In such event, Client will pay LESPL all amounts due as of the termination date stated in the notice as well as the payment that would have become due on completion of the particular phase of the assignment/ project as per the Terms of Payment.

In case of Non Compliance by either party – In case of non-compliance by Client, LESPL may serve a notice of termination giving minimum 30 days to comply. In such events, Client would be liable to pay LESPL all amounts due (billed/ unbilled) as of the termination date stated in the notice as well as the payment that would have become due on completion of the particular phase of the assignment/ project. In case of non-compliance by LESPL, Client may serve a notice of termination to LESPL giving minimum 30 days to comply. In such events, Client would be liable to pay LESPL only the amounts due (billed/ unbilled) as of the termination date stated in the notice.

Payment Terms: Website for fixed price

30% payment shall be taken as advance 30% (after 40% work will complete and after review by client) 20% (after 80% work will complete and after review by client) 20% (after project complete and check by client on our test server)

For Hourly Contract:Hourly contract will be served as per Elance terms. Weekly payment will make by clients.

Time Estimate: With single resource will use at a time and project will take approximate 45 to 50 working days , we can use more than one resource if project should required to complete in less duration(cost will not be effected in either way).
