You must be registered in the State of Oregon as a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization with proper tax IDThis is your Employee Identification Number otherwise known as EIN #If you are not registered, you must find a registered organization that is willing to act as your fiscal sponsor.

Your project or program must advance the pursuit of at least one of the following:

Arts – literary, visual, dance, music, dramaHeritage – history, genealogy, ethnicity, diversity Humanities – creativity, inspiration, imagination

Increase Public Awareness of Cultural ResourcesEncourage Collaboration within and between Cultural DisciplinesEnhance Funding and Access to Art, Heritage, and Humanities ActivitiesCreate a Lifelong Spectrum of Cultural Education Opportunities for all County Residents
