Meet and Greet Remax Center
June 27th, 2019 5:00pm—8:00pm
It should be noted that Prom 2019 is a school func-tion organized and supervised by staff. All school rules apply for the duration of the event. We ask that parents/guardians/grads/guest all respect
the event as such.
Prom Polices: All bags are subject to Security check. Absolutely
no drugs, alcohol, vaping, smoking.
Students found with alcohol or drugs, or under the influence will be required to leave Prom and
will not participate in any of the events scheduled
Prom 2019 is supervised by staff.
Order of Events: 5:00 pm-6:00 pm: Meet and greet portion
6:00 pm: Emcees will ask the grads and dates to be seated for presentation of awards and the slideshow.
Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay. 6:55: Remarks from student council executive
7:00: Dance begins 8:00: Doors open for safe grad festivities
CLASS OF 2019
There is a filtered water system at the facility. If you choose to bring a reusable bottle, please
ensure it’s empty. It will be disposed of at registration.
Swimming is not mandatory. If you choose to swim from 8:30pm to10:30pm, locker facilities are available. Valuables left unattended are at
own risk.
There are a number of very exciting events
planned throughout the facility for the duration of Safe Grad.
Inclusive menu and food options will be available,
for the noted dietary restrictions provided on the registration forms. If you have not indicated food allergies or dietary restrictions, please indicate by
forwarding students name and details to [email protected] or
[email protected] by Friday June 21st.
Due to lack of secured storage, we encourage graduates to change into comfortable attire prior to arriving at Paul Reynolds. Please leave formal
attire at home.
If a student chooses to leave before 1:30am, a call home will be made and they are required to be
picked up by a parent or guardian. Students will not be permitted back into the facility if they
leave before the conclusion of Safe Grad.
Many thanks to our dedicated parent volunteers and school community. We look forward to a successful
and memorable Safe Prom 2019.

Graduates & Guests must have preregistered with a signed contract in advance. Absolutely no
registration accepted at the door.
Safe Prom Polices: Doors close at 9:00pm. No admittance past 9pm.
Celebrations conclude 1:30am.
Parents/Guardians must arrange transportation for students to Paul Reynolds, as well as
transportation home at 1:30am. Students are not permitted to drive.

Safe Grad 2019 is supervised by a volunteer parent committee, with support from HHM
Administration.
Absolutely no outside beverages permitted past registration. (No TIM’S, STARBUCKS etc.)
