Creme de Menthe Cakefrom the kitchen of Dorothy Oetzman
Ingredients:, 1- White cake mix8- Tbsp. Creme de Menthe8 oz. fudge ice cream topping8 oz. whipped cream
Directions: Mix cake mix as directed on package, add 5 tbsp. of creme de menthe. Mix until blended. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake for 30-35 min. or until done. Let cake cool. When cool, frost with jar of fudge ice cream top-ping. Mix whipped cream and 3 tbsp. creme de menthe. Layer over fudge topping. Refrigerate.
