Fudge Filled Barsfrom the kitchen of Nichelle Schoepp

Ingredients:, Crust: 2 c.Oatmeal, 1 1/2 c.Flour, 1 c.Brown Sugar, 1 c. Butter(melted)Filling:1 can sweetened cond. milk, 2 T. Shortening, 1/4 c.mini M&M's

Directions: For crust, combine ingredients and mix until crumbly. Set aside 1 1/2 cups for topping. Press mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.

For filling, mix condensed milk and shortening and heat in mi-crowave. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup mini M&M's and leftover crust mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
