Our concept is designed to build strong long term relationships between us and the companies we work with. In fact, our concept has allowed for our clients to receive a much better return of investment and higher standard of leads. We aim to become an additional department within your business - just located in a different office.

We firmly believe the old fashioned approach of calling a potential customer in their home and expecting them to engage with the service/offering on the initial call is unrealistic. This approach may work with some customers, but the majority are much more suspicious when receiving sales calls in recent times.

We don’t want to generate leads that drop off without converting to sales. Each of our telemarketers are trained to ‘sell themselves’ on the phone, as we believe in the old phrase “people buy from people”. If the potential customer engages with the telemarketer, they will provide the opportunity for our telemarketer to describe the brand they represent and their respective product/offering.

Our telemarketers would utilise an email account sourced by your business, allowing them to send further information (including a link to the website) to the potential customer for them to review if they are not receptive during the first call. The customer would then receive a follow up call within 48 hours to build trust. This is just one approach that we have found to be effective as this creates a ‘snowball effect’ and establishes a sales pipeline.

As we are representing your brand, it’s vital that we align with your culture; we aim to achieve this by sending a copy of our script for you to review and approve before we proceed with the campaign. We would also have an extended discussion regarding targets and what you are looking to achieve from the 20 day trial, highlighting what we need to accomplish for you to be pleased with the trial and extend the arrangement to a monthly service and build that long term relationship.

We can generate leads in many different ways:

Face-to-Face

Directly booking face-to-face meetings into your calendar. We aim to book the meetings within 3 working days of our phone call.

Call Back

Arranging a suitable time for someone within your business to contact the potential customer. We will use qualifying questions that you provide us to ensure the call back is a high quality lead.

Hotkey

Generating interest, qualifying if applicable and transferring to someone within your business to take over the call.

The data we provide includes mobile numbers, this is vital to ensure a high contact rate as 1 in 4 people no longer have a landline.

On average, 95% of people will read a text message within 3 minutes of receiving it, which is 3 times higher than the open rate of an email within the same timeframe. 84% of people will respond to a text message within 1 hour.

We would send a text message to each contact, then follow up throughout the duration of the campaign - This increases our chances of engaging with the recipient.

This data can only be accessed by those who have received an invitation via email from Home Lead Gen, and users will be prompted to log in using their account details.
