How much do we get paid?

You receive $10 base per hour and a bonus for New Alarm Sales and Takeover Alarm Sales and also Titan TV Box sales. Daily Bonuses and incentives will be announced.

SO, when and how do we get paid?

Paydays are every Friday (by 5pm CST). Pay is posted to your company provided Rapid Pay Debit Mastercard. Pay period runs from Friday-to-Thursday, one week behind.

Daily and incentive bonuses will be paid as announced.

Evaluation PeriodAll new hires enter on a two-week evaluation period. During this evaluation period if you do not get at least one New alarm sale per week, you will not get paid your hourly base.12

Evaluation PeriodTo move to the regular hourly payscale, you must get 2 NEW alarm sales in a 2 week period. 13

Virtual Office, Dialing System, & Call ListsVirtual OfficeYou will report to work everyday via the virtual office located on the homephonepros website. You will be able to download scripts and paperwork as well as upload new sales.Dialing SystemYou will be provided a username and password for our web-based predictive dialing system. The dialing system has 8-lines dialing out per agent.Call ListsThe call lists are loaded daily and are updated regularly.

Live-Call TransfersOnce you have demonstrated your ability to make sales you will be eligible to receive warm lead, Live-Call Transfers.Live-Call Transfers and Inbound Sales CallsInbound Sales CallsInbound calls are given to top performers only.
