Problem and needs

• Unemployment is a major cause of homelessness • Homeless people suffer from increased risk and violence • Homeless people have reduced access to banking services• Homeless people have reduced access to communication

technology• Therefore homeless people are unable to benefit directly from

a work through the mobile phone

How can m2work help and support homeless people if they do not have a mobile or a bank account?

The business model that I am trying to figure out tries to answer this problem

Changing homeless people jobs• Usually homeless people do busking : perform tricks, play music ,

draw or offer other form of entertainment in exchange for a donation.

• Sometimes they can be very talented and bring a lot of joy in our lives

• The idea is to digitalize their work and put it on the internet so that a larger number of people see it and donate.

• Some mobile workers would then record some of their entertainment shows and put it on a website where people can donate. The mobile worker would then pay in liquid for these homeless their part of the money earned.

• Also , some people could ask through the website for special entertainment shows and a homeless person could then perform them and get paid for his work.

•A women can send her image and get it painted by a homeless person that she pays

•A mother can entertain her son with some magic tricks of a homeless person through the net and pay him
