Salt to taste Curd

Oil Mustard seeds Cumin seeds

Green chilli Curry leaves

Take a pan add oil Add chopped ginger, slit green chilli, crushed

garlic and chopped onions Saute for a while. Add the chopped

tomatoes and allow to cook well. Cut even size of vegetables and par

boil al dente and cook till done or boil the vegetables and add to earlier

mixture Switch it off and allow to cool then add curd and adjust

seasoning Adjust consistency with little water/stock depending on rice

or roti combination Temper with the ingredients and serve

1)Cut the top of the carrot and store in air tight bag. This will keep it fresh for a longer period. 2) Put the bananas in a black plastic bag before keeping it in the refrigerator. Skin will not turn black and they will come out yellow even after a week. 3)Lemon juice added to carrot cooking water will help keep the color bright.
