Supplier Quality Academy courses are housed in SUMMIT, a Johnson & Johnson Learning Management System (LMS). This guide applies to people who do NOT have access to Johnson & Johnson network. [*If you have access to J&J network, please follow the “employee” links on the website to access training directly*]

This guide shows you how to gain access to SUMMIT afteryour registration form has been received and approved. [*If you haven’t submitted your registration form, you can do so here*]

STEP 1 – Welcome Email

You should have received a Welcome email from JJsqAcademy@its.jnj.comwhich contains your login information.

Follow this link: https://jnj.csod.com/client/jnj/default.aspx

Enter your user name and password on the login screen:

STEP 3 – Home Page

Upon Login, you will see the screen below. If you receive a pop-up about eSignature instructions, disregard it (does not apply to SQ Academy Courses) by clicking “Proceed”.

IMPORTANT: Click on “My Training” section to expand the list and view all courses

available to you. This will take you to your Transcript.

STEP 4 – Launch/Open Course

This is your Transcript – it contains all courses available to you.

Click on “Launch” or “Open Curriculum” to view the desired course.

STEP 5 – Multiple Pages

Can’t find the course you’re looking for? Check the 2nd page.

STEP 6 – Mark Complete

If prompted, click on “Mark Complete” to get credit for the course.

STEP C1 – DropDown

Once you complete a course, it will move into the “Completed” folder of your transcript. Click on the drop-down arrow under the heading “Active” and select “Completed”

STEP C2 – Launch

All of your completed courses will be listed. You can view a certificate of completion, or launch the training again by selecting from the drop-down menu.

Steps P1 – P6 will guide you in re-setting your password.

Click on the “Forgot Password” link.

STEP P2 – Enter your Email

Enter your email address and click Submit.

STEP P3 – Check your Email

The email will come from SUMMIT_DoNotReply@its.jnj.com

Follow the link in the email, which will be unique to you.

Note: In rare instances, your company anti-spam filters might block SUMMIT’s email. If you don’t receive the email within an hour, contact us at JJsqAcademy@its.jnj.com for assistance.

STEP P4 – Select Password

Select your password and click Submit.

STEP P5 – Close Browser

IMPORTANT: A new window will open for you – please close it! Do NOT enter your email and password here.Unfortunately, this page only applies to J&J employees. We are unable to remove it for our external business partners.

STEP P6 – Login
