1. Open Mac Mail and click Preferences… in the Mail menu.
2. Click the Accounts icon in the Mail Preferences window. Click “+” to create a new account.
3. Select POP from the drop down menu. Enter your email information.

From the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) dropdown, select Add Server.

4. Enter the Outgoing Mail server information (mail.yourdomain)

Make sure the Server port is set to 25. Click OK. You’re now ready to send and receive email.
