The Nexen “NEXT LEVEL” dealer program is designed to be a simple way to reward our valued dealers for their loyalty to our brand and to provide them opportunities for future growth and profitability. Our program is focused on the most important reward responsible for driving your business…CASH! Next Level offers generous cash back rewards paid out quarterly on all Nexen patterns, as well as a lucrative volume bonus structure paid out based on annual units purchased. We have even added a little twist that just might change a few people’s lives as well. Check it out!

HOW TO SIGN UP

1. Contact your primary distributor for program details and to fill out initial sign up form.

2. Upon approval, you will receive an e-mail with log in and password information. You can access your Next Level account and keep track of your rewards online.

3. Your e-mail address will be used to inform you of any additional benefits or specials throughout the year.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

1. Approved tire retailers that purchase Nexen tires through an authorized Next Level distributor.

2. Dealer must purchase a minimum of 400 Nexen tires in calendar year to qualify for rewards.

ARE SECONDARY DISTRIBUTORS ALLOWED?

1. Yes, up to 20% of your Nexen purchases can be made by a secondary authorized Next Level distributor. You will receive rewards credit for all purchases made through primary and secondary distributors.

2. Dealers will be enrolled in the Next Level program through their primary distributor. The secondary distributor will be assigned through your online account management tools or by contacting a Next Level representative.

OTHER PROGRAM CONDITIONS

1. Switching a primary distributor is not allowed within the Next Level program unless there

is a qualifying event which is described in the programs full terms and conditions. Dealer

must maintain 80% of Nexen Tire purchases through their assigned primary distributor

to be eligible for awards and sweepstakes.

2. All Nexen branded tires are eligible for rewards through the Next Level program.

3. Payouts are subject to a validation process at the end of each quarter.

BASE PAYOUTS

The Next Level program makes it easy for dealers to

earn rewards when buying Nexen branded tires. Instead

of multi-tiered programs where volume forecasts or

commitments are required to earn at higher tiers, the

Next Level program pays out everybody the same base

cash back. As long as you are purchasing an average of

100 units per quarter, you will get paid. All Nexen Tire

patterns are eligible for rewards.

Grand PrizeEvery quarter a randomly selected dealer will be flown out with a guest to an upscale location for 2 nights where they will be treated to a fabulous getaway. During the trip, the winning dealer will also participate in our Nexen Match and Win game for the chance to win up to $1,000,000. The lowest amount awarded will be $75,000.

First PrizeEvery quarter a randomly selected dealer will win a new truck with an MSRP of $45,000. The winner will have their choice of the truck or can choose to accept a $30,000 cash prize instead.

Additional PrizesEvery quarter Nexen will randomly select an additional 750 winners to receive prizes between $250 and $500. That means 3,000 winners per year.

The Next Level program is built around paying dealers substantial cash rewards for their loyalty and dedication to selling

Nexen tires. If we are going to give away cash, we figure Let’s Go Big! At the end of every quarter a random drawing will

be held from all eligible participating Next Level dealers. One lucky Grand Prize winner will get a trip and the chance to

play Nexen’s Match and Win Game™ for a chance to win $1,000,000. Nexen is giving away other amazing prizes as well.

This is where the dollars really start to add up. The more tires that are purchased the larger the rewards are back to the dealer. If a dealer qualifies for the Next Level base payout by purchasing 100 units per quarter, then they automatically receive the first tier of volume bonus as well. As the volume purchased gets larger, so do the bonus amounts. Dealers with multiple locations can combine purchases to reach higher tiers. Every single Nexen tire purchased receives the following bonus paid at the end of each quarter:

Catch Up Period

Reward payouts are contingent on a dealer maintaining a minimum 100 units purchased per quarter average. If a dealer does not maintain that average, they have the ability to catch up until the end of the calendar year and still receive their full rewards. This applies to the Annual Volume Bonus as well.

Special Rewards Periods

During the course of the year Nexen will offer special rewards for specific patterns to help drive sales and add to a dealer’s bottom line. These are great opportunities to build up rewards quickly so keep an eye out.

Dealer has potential to earn up to $10 per tire on High Performance and $8 per tire on all other patterns!

How to Earn EntriesEarning entries to the Next Level Sweepstakes is easy. Every time a

Nexen tire is purchased through an authorized Next Level distributor,

the dealer will earn an entry. The more tires purchased, the more entries

earned. Additional entries can be earned by attending Nexen training

events or as determined during the course of the program. Entries will be

purged after the end of each quarter and new entries will begin accruing

for the next drawing. Dealers will be able to track their entries earned

through their Next Level account online. Regardless of quantity tires

purchased, the maximum entries per quarter is 1,500 per participant.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where

prohibited. This trade promotion is only open to Nexen professional

dealers in good-standing employed (full or part-time) at an authorized

Nexen Tire Dealership who register to participate in the Nexen Next

Level Dealer Program, and are legal residents of the 50 U.S. and are

18 or older. Anticipated to start on or about 12:00 a.m. PT on or about

01/01/15 and end 11:59 p.m. on 12/31/15. Limit 1,500 entries

per participant/per Quarterly Sweepstakes, regardless of entry method

used. To enter without tire purchase, eligible entrants may participate
