Job Title HR Business Partner Business Line Other Position Description New hires will be assigned to DH Personnel Unit Provides advice and assistance to members of management and employees on a broad range of matters relating to personnel and employee relations policies, procedures and programs. This invo all or any combination of personnel administration, compensation, bene ts, grievances, as well as other functions in sensitive areas requiring immediate sound judgment and con dentiality. Minimum Requirements College degree in Business Administration, Social Science or other related e years' experience in personnel administration or closely related functional responsibilities. English and/or Arabic as appropriate. Must have working kno of various employment agreements, all pertinent Company policies, procedures and instructions, as well as current interpretations. Must have knowledge of the Arab Government Labor Law and Social Insurance. Must be extremely trustworthy possess a calm temperament and be able to work harmoniously with all people of di erent nationalities and temperaments who are often in an agitated state of and under great emotional stress. Duties & Responsibilities Advises and assists members of management on matters pertaining to personnel management of employees in the SAO, including counselling, performance review compensation, bene ts, grievances, corrective guidance, terminations, resolut of work-related employee personal problems and other related administrative matters. Evaluates and keeps management informed of unusual personnel problems, employees' attitudes, trends revealed by petitions, upward communications, counselling and grievances and recommends solutions. Recommends changes in policies and procedures to enable adaptation to changin conditions and employee attitudes. Conducts assigned special studies and investigates individual or group employee problems such as those involving wo conditions, services, facilities, etc., and recommends appropriate action to management. Handles emergency situations of employees on a rotational 24-hour availability basis. Reviews out-of-policy recommendations on behalf of the Supervisor. Provides guidance and advice to lower classi ed sta and on-job training as directed. Performs other miscellaneous related duties as requeste the Supervisor. Auto req ID 11305BR
