Since there are over 3,000 Tribes, Lornadee has chosen to discus The Yoruba, The richest Tribe; The Mbuit, A Tribe under threat from conservation; Bayaka, one of the world's most remote Tribes; and Anuak of Ethiopia. So, try to exercise once a day for 15-20 minutes, not only will it help your heart, but it will boost your metabolism! After 7 decades together, they are still more in love with each other. They met at church where they were involved in the youth group and Dorothy even played piano there. The Ward's have achieved a marriage that most of us could only dream about. When asked what was their secret to a lasting marriage both expressed the same sentiment, “Trust, communication, and faith.” If you see the Ward’s walking down the hall, make sure to wish them a Happy 70th Wedding Anniversary and we wish them many more years to come! With our current vernacular,

we desire for March to, “come

in like a lion and go out like a

lamb." All of us here want you

to THRIVE during the

upcoming Hraed Monath and

toward that goal, we have a number of events planned for you. In

addition to our schedule of resident activities, we will also be

celebrating St. Patrick’s Day from 2:00-3:00 on Tuesday, March

17th with music by Mike and Tom and of course, green beer and

Irish Soda Bread made by our very own Residents! If you would like

to help make the bread, please come down to the Craft Room at

HraedMonath Good nutrition is eating healthy foods
