EVENT SPACE

All meeting rooms and ballrooms offer modern technology and cutting edge amenities to ensure that every meeting and exhibition detail is executed with ease and precision.

Calusa Ballroom and Terrace This grand ballroom offers more than 14,000 square feet of elegant meeting space. The ballroom divides into as many as seven sections, making it flexible for groups of varying sizes and needs. As a single space, Calusa can accommodate up to 1,474 people in a reception set up.

Adjoining the ballroom are the Calusa prefunction area and Terrace. The Terrace overlooks the impressive grounds, creating a beautiful backdrop for cocktail parties or casual dining.

Estero Ballroom and Terrace This junior ballroom offers a classic setting for mid-sized events. As a single space, Estero can accommodate up to 400 in a classroom format, or over 860 in a theater set up. It can also be divided into three sections with plenty of room for comfortable seating arrangements. The adjacent Terrace and prefunction spaces are ideal for event registration areas, information tables or break areas.

Blue Heron / Great Egret Located next to the Calusa Ballroom, these two similar rooms are ideally positioned to serve as breakout venues from events taking place in the main ballroom.

Sanibel / Captiva / Pine Choose any or all of these venues for intimate gatherings up to 150 guests. Invite 100 clients to a private cocktail party or honor your top sales team in an awards banquet for 90.

Ibis / Executive Boardrooms These classically styled boardrooms offer stately wood meeting tables, executive leather chairs and luxurious amenities for VIP gatherings. The Executive Boardroom also features a built-in screen, and both offer buffet areas for working luncheon set ups.

Royal Palm / Cypress Courtyards These two lush outdoor areas offer memorable settings for social events. Treat your team to a motivational speaker in a theater set up, create a specially themed banquet or invigorate attendees with games and a breath of fresh air during a meeting break.

Calusa Ballroom and Terrace Formal dining seating for as few as 108 to as many as 1474 guests. The adjoining terrace accommodates 600 for formal dining and 768 for a reception.

Estero Ballroom and Terrace Capacity to seat as few as 216 up to 768 for a reception. The Estero Terrace easily accommodates bar stations and hors d'oeuvres for pre-dinner cocktails.

Blue Heron / Great Egret Invite up to 144 guests for a formal dinner or 168 for a cocktail reception.

Royal Palm / Cypress Courtyards The Royal Palm Courtyard accommodates 2,280 for a reception. The Cypress Courtyard accommodates 528 for a reception.

RESTAURANTS

Tanglewood Innovative cuisine and warm hospitality are the signatures at this deliciously inventive restaurant. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, both indoor seating and patio dining are available.

Tarpon Bay Fine dining in a casual, Key West cottage atmosphere. Enjoy fresh regional seafood and exceptional service from a professional staff. Creative entrees are prepared with innovative combinations of herbs and spices for a truly memorable meal. Famous for our ceviche bar, Maine lobster, scallops, local snapper, grouper and shrimp. Enjoy indoor / outdoor dining, live jazz at the bar on Friday and Saturday nights and cocktails around the fire.

Braxton's Located at Raptor Bay Golf Course, Braxton's is a stylish bar and grill with exceptional views of this Audubon sanctioned course and natural Florida wildlife. Available for private events up to 100, Braxton's has a casual, sporty atmosphere.

Cool Beans A full service coffee shop serving Starbucks® coffee, fresh baked goods, ice cream and grab 'n go items.

The Cove at Tarpon Bay The Cove at Tarpon Bay Private Dining Room offers contemporary space for a multitude of events. From family celebrations and corporate events to wedding rehearsal dinners, our private dining room is the ideal place for gatherings. Accommodates up to 40 people.

Corkscrew A full-service poolside bar and grill, featuring casual, mouth-watering fare, frozen tropical drinks, draft beer, wine and full cocktail service.

Mangroves Sip a signature drink over appetizers, watch the big game or mingle with new friends at Mangroves. Take a seat in the bar or on the patio. Located beyond the lobby, this full service bar offers weekday Happy Hour, cocktails, beer and wine and appetizers.

Belvedere Lounge Enjoy a game of backgammon, chess or checkers along with your favorite cocktail at one of many game tables or relax and catch up on the day from the comfort of overstuffed sofas and armchairs.
