My Notifications: Get Started
• Use it: IBM My Notifications allows you to set up subscriptions to receive important support information via email or RSS
• Find it: www.ibm.com/support – Subscribe to support notifications link under Tools and resources
• Key features:
Staying current with the products you work with is as easy as signing up for My Notifications
You set the frequency and information you want to receive and never worry about missing information about a fix or new release again

My Notifications: First Steps
• For each subscription, you decide how many, or how few document types you prefer to include.
• You might choose only critical information if you are a regular visitor to the IBM Support Portal.
• Remember that from the All product support content link in the new IBM Support Portal, you are able to browse all published content. The document type filter on the left will help you decide which document types you wish to subscribe to.

My Notifications: Setting preferences
• Set your preferences for delivery method, format and schedule
• You can optionally create folders to label or group subscriptions
• You might set up a separate subscription for Flashes set to daily

• Whenever you find a published APAR related to the issue you are researching, you can use the in-document subscription box to opt to be notified of a change in status
• The Subscribe button will take you to My Notifications to set up your subscription
