Warm greetings from all of the volunteers at iCare Thailand! Because of your support and friendship we were able to bring aid and en-couragement to many this month - reminding each one that there is someone who cares about them and what they are facing. Thank you for partnering with us to make a difference in the lives of the needy.

FLOOD RELIEFNakhon Sawan - Joe, Boss, Kate, Peter, Marilena, and Usa distributed aid packages to over 200 families affected by severe flooding in this province. The aid packages included: rice, canned sardines, vegetable oil, fish sauce, instant noodles, soap, toothpaste, tissue, salted eggs, and bananas. The families with small chil-dren also received a package of diapers and toys.Ayutthaya - Here iCare volunteers joined a distribution project for the flood victims. Uttradit - We took two pick-up trucks filled with aid and headed out to help 40 families and a school in a village that had been affected by the flooding and mudslides. The damage was extensive to the school buildings and the houses through the village. As the villagers lined up we distributed a wide variety of kitchen and household necessities and foodstuffs. We also took time to encourage the flood victims and their families and organized a fun activity for the children.
