The information provided by the Cisco Traffic Study reports allow you to study and analyze the traffic provided by the Cisco CUCM Call Manager.
Cisco Traffic Study is a standalone application with number of reports for studying and
analyzing Cisco traffic based on CDR and CMR records that have been collected by the ICM
Call Accounting module. This application allows users to study and analyze the traffic provided
by the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Call Manager and calculates the
traffic based on the CDR and CMR records.

Daily Peak Hour Trunk Requirement This report features the daily peak hour estimated blockage for one week, according to the specified Grade of Service and Trunk Equipped.
Daily Traffic Load This report features the weekly voice Traffic Load volume (Unit = Erlang/Second)
