Purpose, Objectives of the Meeting

Study Group’s charter:This IEEE-SA Study Group is designed to identify specific areas in Health IT standards, not already covered by existing health IT standards projects in IEEE-SA and other standards developing organizations, where the IEEE would provide special expertise.

Objectives:

• Listen to Subject Matter Experts on covered topics

• Provide forum to stakeholders to outline relevant activities

• Identify potential areas of opportunity for IEEE to contribute to address challenge

• Gather support to submit at least one PAR for consideration

• Publish all materials and results of this meeting
