หมายถึง ประโยคทีแสดงหรือกาํหนดเงือนไข หรือ

ประโยคทีมีการคาดคะเนวา่ ถา้มีเหตุการณ์อยา่งหนึงเกิดขึน

กจ็ะมีอีกเหตุการณ์หนึงตามมา ในประโยคเงือนไข

(If-Clause) จะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ดงันี

1.ส่วนทีเป็นเงือนไข (If-Clause)2.ส่วนทีเป็นหวัขอ้หลกั (Main clause)

ปฏิเสธ

If + s + do/does + not + v1

¥¥ ถา้ประธานในประโยคเป็นพหูพจน์ ( I,You,We,They) ใช ้ do ถา้ประธานในประโยคเอกพจน์ ( He,She,It) ใช ้ does
