Since AMCAT tests the aptitude of a student, the curriculum of only the Quantitative section varies for Technical (B.Tech/M.Tech) & a non Technical student.
The consideration set for students with respect to jobs is separate That is, a B.Tech is compared with a B.tech & an MBA is compared with an MBA only.
2) AMCAT Seven-Stroke Feedback
AMCAT is a unique placement test, on the basis of which, a detailed feedback and graphical guidance report is shared with the student. No other company gives feedback or reveals scores on the test which it uses for the process of recruitment. Using the AMCAT Seven-Stroke feedback Report, the candidate gets to know why a particular company is shortlisting him and why a company from another sector is not. The candidate becomes aware of ways to improve his capabilities and improves his chance for shortlisting. Features:
a) National Comparison
b) Sub-modular Grades
c) How to improve in modules
d) Test Time Management
e) Study Schedule
f) Job Match Analysis
g) Personality Analysis
3) SVAR: SVAR (Hindi for ‘Musical Note’) is an automated Spoken English Assessment Tool. SVAR is available over IVR as well as the Internet. The tool allows you to evaluate the pronunciation, fluency, intonation, listening, language anticipation and spoken English understanding.
4) Campus Wise Feedback Report: Aspiring Minds provides a detailed confidential report with graphical analysis to the college commenting on the strengths and weaknesses of the students and suggesting what steps the college should take to improve employability of majority of students. We provide year-wise, department-wise comparisons of students, comparisons in different modules, etc. Also comparison to industry standards and other institutions is provided. Aspiring Minds also uncovers what is lacking in the education, intake policy of the institution and how it could be plugged to make students more employable to the industry.
5) AMCAT: National Employment Test

a. Companies accept AMCAT as the standard to filter and shortlist candidates for interviewing and hiring.

c. Based on the AMCAT scores of the whole batch, company choose campuses to visit and conduct direct-interviewing there.
d. Companies visiting your campus use AMCAT assessment to shortlist and not do their own testing. They just conduct interviews saving them time.
A good AMCAT score on the resume can help candidates get short listed when they apply to companies during joint-campus drives, off-campus drives and job fairs, but that does not restrict a student from being shortlisted for interview.
