Company Profile

iLi Consulting Engineers Mekong Ltd is a German engineering company based in Phnom Penh. It was founded in 2002 and is registered under the registration number Co. 1544/02E at the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia. iLi Consult is a partner for development projects in Cambodia and the Mekong region. As multidisciplinary engineering consultants, we provide services for a wide range of tasks.

iLi Consult’s two major shareholders and partners are the INROS LACKNER AG and iproplan Planungsgesellschaft mbH of Germany. This makes iLi Consult part of a large international network of engineering consultants. As development projects become increasingly complex, integrated approaches to planning and implementation are required. As multidisciplinary consultants, iLi Consult and its partners cover a wide range of know-how and experience that ranges from civil engineering and architectural design to social and environmental impact studies and institution support.
