Chapter 1
1.1 Machine Description
BSE series PE film shrink packaging machine suit all type shrinkable film, is a high shrink
efficiency machine, the shrink temperature in shrink tunnel is uniform, property is stable and
temperature control is accurate. It has a big power gear motor for conveyor. It is a new
product which developed for modern market.
This machine adopts intelligent temperature controller and solid booster, it can save much
powder. It can be adjusted part temperature according to the shrink position to make sure the
shrink effect of objects is good. In order to help you operating and maintaining machine well,
please kindly read this manual before installation and operating, the machine will be exerted
best function, reduced the faults and prolong using life
1.2 Un-‐crating Instructions
During un-‐crating make sure that no physical damage to the outside of the crate has taken
place. Carefully break open the exterior panels to reveal the machine and its working parts.
The machine will be covered in a plastic protective cover. This is to be removed. Make sure
that no parts have been damaged during transport, or fallen off the machine. The machine will
arrive with certain parts dis-‐assembled. These need to be fitted to the machine to resemble
the photos above the machine. The machine is fixed to the wooden pallet by four metal
brackets. Remove these brackets and discard or keep for future use. The doors and covers
have been taped closed for safety reasons; these taped parts can now be opened. Surface rust
can take place due to the excessive sea sir during shipping. This will only be surface rust and a
dry cloth should be used to remove this rust residue. The entire machine has been shipped
with an oil coating on the surface to safeguard the machine from corrosion. This can now be
removed with a very light detergent. The non-‐stainless steel parts should be re-‐oiled to
prevent rusting taking place after cleaning. Do not leave the machine wet.
The machine is top-‐heavy and as such, care should be taken when handling the machine and
removing it from its wooden pallet.

NOTE: DO NOT HANDLE THE MACHINE ON THE FILM BRACKETS OR ROLLERS. These parts are
critically aligned and should they be bent out of position the film may run off.
1.3 Installation
v Only a qualified technician should perform the machine installation or a suitably trained
person.
Note: it is dangerous to work on a moving machine and the machine should be off and isolated
before any form of work is performed.
• Machine should be placed in a well-‐ventilated room, free from dust and excessively
corrosive materials.
• There should be at least 1,5m space around each side of the machine for convenient
operation and maintenance.
• Prepare the power supply 380V or 220V/50HZ. Three/Single Phase and neutral, and
connect to an appropriate earth wire.
• Pneumatic connections should take place as the designated connection. The air should
not be less than 6Bar while the machine is operational. Air should be free of water and
contaminants.
• The machine should be placed on level ground. After installing the machine, check if the
machine is level by Level Instrument. If not, please adjust the four legs.
• Check every part of the machine carefully for damage during shipping. Tighten any loose
parts, screws and moving parts.
• All gearboxes should be checked for sufficient oil.
• Check all electrical connections for loose wires.
• Make a test of the machines electrical power and confirm the voltage and earth
continuity. All safety connections relative to your own country should be adhered to.
• Before operating the machine, please lubricate the following parts: across sealing bearing
and it’s bearing holes, longitudinal where sealing the parts needs oil.

1.4 Electrical and Pneumatic Connections
This machine requires 220V,380~460V,50~60HZ 3 phase connection and earth wire

2.1 Technical Parameters and Description
Shrink packaging is one of the most advanced packaging method on market, it adopts shrink
film wrapping outside of goods, through heating, it will shrink tightly on goods, it will improve
the appearance and value of goods.
At the same time, objects after packing will be sealed well, damp-‐proof, anti-‐pollution and
protect objects attacked by outside force, especially some fragile goods. Besides, it will reduce
stolen and removed possibility. it suit foodstuff, drink, Pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and other
industries.

3.1 Control Panel
1. Power switch: control the power on or off
2. Cool air switch: control the outer fan on or off
3. Heating switch: control the heat pipe on or off
4. Hot air switch: control the inner hot air fan on or off
5. Conveyor switch: control the motor of the conveyor
6. Conveyor adjuster: adjust the speed of the conveyor
7. Intelligent temperature controller: control and adjust the temperature of the tunnel
automatically

3.2 Operation of Temperature Controller

Ø The display of this meter has 2 lines, The upper line of number in red shows the current
actual temperature, and the down line of number in green shows the set temperature
Ø Press the SET button, the green light flashes
Ø Press � to increase or press � to decrease the temperature. This temperature will be set
according to the film, Usually set it at 170
Ø After setting the temp., press down the SET button again. It can be working after it shows
normally
Notice: this temperature controller is intelligent type, the temperature control accuracy is very high, it improve the shrink effect, when operate, please be careful and do it softly

5.1 Operation Steps
1. Put machine on ground, remove the packing.
2. Machine must connect earth wire before operating to ensure operator’s safety。
3. Connect power according to the machine plate showing (don’t make mistakes)
4. Turn on the power switch at side part of machine, at the same time temperature
controller should display numbers, adjust the temperature around 170℃
5. Turn on upper and down heating switch, adjust the heating knob at suitable position
according to the thickness of film
6. Turn on conveyor switch, adjust speed of conveyor, generally medium speed is fine
7. Finish above operation, running machine (pre-‐heating) 5-‐10 minutes, operate the
machine when display temperature reaches set temperature
8. If find there are many wrinkles on packing it means tunnel temperature is too low or
conveyor speed is too fast, you can adjust temperature higher or conveyor speed slower.
Otherwise, if find packing damaged means tunnel temperature is too high or conveyor
speed is too slow, you can adjust it accordingly. You need test and adjust some times to
reach the best effect, because temperature and conveyor speed contains each other.
9. Finish packing, turn off heating switch and adjust temperature lower first and run
conveyor motor and fan motor 10 minutes, at last shut off the power, it can prolong the
using life of machine.
5.2 Maintenance Instructions
• Keep machine clean, electrical parts dry and ventilated
• Must cut off power before repairing, should ask professional to repair or our company
help
• The guarantee of this machine is one year, during this one year, we will offer the parts
(except spare parts) which are damaged because of their quality problem for free, but
customer should pay relative freight.
• Beyond the guarantee, our company will continue offering technical support and parts,
but will charge accordingly.

• Must cut off power switch if machine stop for long time.
• Must check every parts and screw if they are loosen or not every day.
Special instruction: any parts of operator can’t touch any moving parts of machine when adjust and operate.
