ABOUT US

First established in 1934 in Singapore under the name"Waters and Watson" we became the pre-eminent

Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost

Management firm in Asiaoperating for many yearsas Langdon, Every & Seah and subsequently Davis

Langdon & Seah. In April 2012, we merged with

Arcadis, the international consultancy, design,engineering and management services company, to

become Langdon and Seah.

PT. Langdon & Seah Indonesia has had a presence in

Indonesia since 1972, and has been involved in manyof the bestknown and most prestigious projects in the

country. Its varied track record takes in a multitude ofprojects from nearly every sector of the construction

industry.

Since 2013, Langdon & Seah Indonesia haveincreased their profile in Project Management with theestablishment of PT. Langdon & Seah Project

Management, now renamed to PT. Arcadis ProjectManagement.
