ACTION PLAN
Create once a month a theme party in the hotel or spa or kitchen to highlight each part of the hotel – Guests will be influencial bloggers, the press, our regular guests.
They will be influencers by posting videos or/and photos and their comments about the party and the hotel in general.
It has to be different to have more visibility on the web
Create partnerships with green associations
Let the customers know that we are participating to environment projects
Communicate about our involvement (associate our name to the organization)
Put flyers in the hotel and in the guest rooms to let the guests also participate to our program.
All these make our « eco-friendly » guests talk about us and encourage people to stay with us.
Contest
Organize a contest to design, for instance, the future guest room. The information will circulate via our blog, our website, the internet users through social networks.
Participants will have to make a video to show the project.
Videos will be posted on our blog and linked to YouTube
The best video will be selected by the hotel team and the internet users.
The winner of the contest will be offered a weekend in our hotel to be pampered
Be our own influencer
Create our own blog in which we will post videos, photos and articles
The blog will offer a section dedicated to the spa and wellness with plenty of advices on how to take care of yourself. Same could be done with the Chef sharing his tips, recipes…
The employees of the hotel will be involved in the video promotion
