Methodology: for each workshop, the topic will be introduced during 15 minutes, each table will discuss during 45 minutes, three or four contributions, and then during the last hour, each group presents their findngs to all

Worshop – How to extract more IP and more efficiently?

During this workshop, we will brainstorm about how we can extract more IP from our innovators and also stimuate their creativity, and also explore how we can be more efficient and reduce the support required from R&D engineers through our IP process

Worshop –How to be more strategic with IDEAS?

During this workshop, we will brainstorm about we can leverage IDEAS to manage more strategically our IP, and also develop the scoring techniques to achieve this (especially based on a revised proposal of criteria for such scoring).
